Found 2 baby ducks…

In our pool!! Came home tonight around 9:30 and there are two babies in the corner of the pool. Mom nowhere to be found and they were chirping like crazy. I scooped them with the pool net and placed them in the bathtub. They dove under the water a few times and i was afraid of keeping them in the chlorine all night I rinsed them off and will keep them in the tub until tomorrow and then release them at a lake near by…
Was this a good idea?

make sure they have a place to rest out of the water. i tried that a long time ago (10 + years) w/ 3 little ones and i woke in the a.m. and they were all dead. you might be better off putting them in a box on a old blanket. good luck
