Jackie and the kids have bugged me the last few months about getting a dog. My sister-in-law just got a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and Jackie fell in love. So we’ve been looking and found this one on the internet. We pick her up around July 15th and will be Jackie’s birthday present. 
Obviously not a hunting dog but I really don’t have the time for one of those anyway. Should be a good family dog though!
Any dog that has that long of name will cost you mancard points.

Your message reminded me of a funny story (hoping I’m not hijacking your thread).
My step-brother (Matt) begged and begged my dad for a puppy but my Dad said no and gave him every reason why it was a bad idea. Well Christmas rolled around and Matt got a present from his Grandma that he was not too fond of – a flannel shirt. My Dad put Matt in his place and told him to be thankful for what you get – no matter what it is.
Well a few months later, my Dad’s birthday came up and guess what he got from Matt? Yep – a new puppy! 
That dog ended up being my Dad’s best friend and to this day he still talks about Max.
That is a great story Brad. The kids don’t know anything about her. My daughter is going to love her though..she just loves dogs. Should be a great surprise when she arrives. Plus, being as though my sister-in-law has a male and we’ll have a female…can you say “Puppies for Sale”!
