Great customer service – Rytera(Martin Archery)

    Developed a problem with my bow yesterday when I was shooting. I attempted to tighten a set screw and stripped it out. While cussing myself out, I’m thinking how am I gonna get this fixed by next weekend!

    Called the folks at Rytera this morning. Sonja answers the phone. I explained I’m an idiot and need her help. She took down some info and said let me call you back after I confirm shipping costs. 15 minutes later I get a call back. My parts are being boxed up as we speak and will be sent priority overnight.

    My cost….$19.00 for shipping. They are replacing both cam assemblies under warranty.

    Hey Kooty! I just got back from Joe’s. Saw your bow done on the rack when I was there. IT’s all sighted in and shoots great. Very smooth. Just kidding. Looks like it’s a tack driver. Better in person then the pictures. How do you like the sight?

    I just missed you Paul. I went got her last night. I’m very happy with how it has turned out. I’m in the process of sighting in again. Got it dialed pretty good this morning. Now I need to need to get back outside. I can’t wait to draw back on a turkey next weekend!!!

    This whole experience has been great. Rytera got me parts in two days. Average Joe’s got them installed in a day. 1 day later I’m back to shooting. Can’t ask for much more.
