Venison processing – North Metro

    I want to get some venison scraps made into some sticks. Does anyone know any place in the North Metro who does good sticks. I’ve used Von Hansons in the past but would like to try something different this year. I’d like to try some jalapeno cheese sticks this year. Thanks in advance for you response.

    I just had some venison sticks done from Brothers Meat and Seafood in Maple Grove and they turned out very good! I got the hot pepperoni ones but they do make jalapeno sticks too.

    Steffens in Albertville does a great job. It’s just west of Cabela’s a few miles.

    I used McDonalds in Clear Lake this year. Very happy with the results. Spendy, but good stuff.
