Scheels in Mankato or Joe’s Sporting Goods in St. Paul / Maplewood?? are two that come to mind. Honestly, I do not believe they have ONE THING for you to cover those two things. I was out pheasant hunting this past weekend and wore long underwear, jeans and Gamehide Chaps on Sunday hunting in 15 mph winds and 2 degrees and stayed warm walking. Honestly IMO if you would buy a pair of their Insulated Waterproof bibs you would sweat your off.
However, if you are looking for a pair of Insulated / Water proof bibs I would suggest looking at the ones below.
SOLO Bibs in Mathews Line
Ridge Bib On Sale (Great Deal)
Wild Stormhide Bib
Chase Bib
If you need help deciding on which one let me know I can give you the details of each. Honestly, these would be way to warm for walking for birds but great for sitting in a boat, duck blind, or stand in the cold!
