Excellent Customer service – Thompson Center

I was having a hard time seeing the rear red site sight on my Omega. I contacted the customer service at TC and was told they would be glad to exchange the red Rear one for green if I would like. After Removing both the front and rear sights I sent them into them. Less that 1 week later they had them returned to me. I also requested that if possible I’d like the new Green rear sight be with the Micro click style and also if possible to have the front in both Red and Green to see what one I could see best. When I opened the box there were the rear sight in Green in the Micro adjustment style as well as both a Red and green front sight. I could not have asked for better service. If you are in the market for a Muzzleloader or a gun for that matter you could not go wrong with a TC

That’s great to hear. Without stopping to really count, we must own 4 or 5 TC’s and have never had a bad thing to say about them.
