THE BEST 45 DAYS OF THE YEAR are here!!!!! ARE YOU GUYS & GALS READY?

October 15th to November 29th are the days I wait for all year long and there is not enough time in the day to get every thing I want to do.

Trolling Mille Lacs in the Fall for big fat girls!

Rooster Hunting in ND, SD, & MN.

Deer Hunting Archery & Rifle in 4 states

The Rut alone is enough to drive me insane

Chasing Geese in Rochester with Run & Gun Outfitters is even a possiblitly???

Hang on it is GO time when it stops, I hope we all made the best of this fantastic time of year. Good luck to everyone this fall and drop da on every thing you can!

(For those of you that have been around IDO long enough may remember, it used ot be the best 30 days of the year but it got extended a few years back cause that was way too insane and hectic to smash it all in 30 days. As I have gotten older I do need to sleep some nights.)

Toss some waterfowl in the mix and everything non hunting related gets put on hold. The dogs are loving every minute of it!

I haven’t been doing much at work and when I do decide to do something I’ve been doing really badly but my boss still won’t lay me off for a couple months. Instead he thought it would be a good idea to hire someone to help me

I WAS JUST THINK ABOUT THIS COUPLE DAYS AGO. YOU LOOK FORWARD TO THIS TIME OF YEAR ALL YEAR, IT FINALLY COMES AND IT GOES WAY TO QUICK. ITS ALREADY BEEN A MONTH SINCE WI BOW OPENED AND OUR MI SMALL GAME OPENED. IN ANOTHER MONTH RUT WILL BE ALMOST OVER. VERY DEPRESSING! REALLY NEED TO TAKE THE TIME AND ENJOY EVERY DAY BEST YOU CAN. BECAUSE WHEN THE FIRST PART OF JANUARY COMES AND YOU PACK YOUR BOW HUNTING EQUIPMENT AWAY FOR THE LAST TIME, IT IS NOT A GOOD FEELING! COYOTE AND RABBIT IS FUN FOR SURE BUT NOTHING DOESE IT FOR ME AT LEAST LIKE WHITETAIL BOWHINTING

Rob, I’m very disappointed in you. 45 days…. you forgot to add predator hunting through mid Feb, beaver trapping through March, ice’n gills and crappies, Muzzle season in Dec, late season bow for 2nd rut…..then get the boat ready and fish to mid July, (Aug stinks so I do most of my trap preperation, visit my wife, house work, honey-do-list, wedding anniverasry, and whatever type stuff that month) Sleep in for a while and rest up during Sept, so when the temps drop in Oct, I have 10 months of stuff to do again!

Randy, all those days are “good days”, but these are “the best 45 days”.
