    So you’re driving along and you see a bunch of brake lights ahead of you and you see a car hauler trying to do a U-turn on an uneven divided road. You get a little closer and you see the truck driver get out and throw his hands up in the air and you can tell he’s doing the head shake and the “Why Me”. You can see day light by the back tires of the Tractor and daylight by the back tires of the trailer, but not in the middle……… Son of a B*tch. Cty Rd 22 (W Circle Drive) between Apache Mall and the Historical Society in Rochester. I am sure that this is not an easy fix.
