I got a pound and a half in 100 yrds of crawling on my hands and kness half the time, I wouldn’t have found as many if I didn’t but it was worth it. I know I could go back tomorrow and do the same thing. We did set out 25 ditty poles with chubs and we’ll see whats on them in the morning. This time of year its just getting started so if we get 1/2 dozen fish it will be a good catch. When June and warmer weather comes around it will be a diffrent story. I’m getting kinda hungry so got to go so I can eat some mushrooms right now.

Well up until Saturday I was a Morel virgin. We found about a dozen of them with a quick search and cooked them up for supper. Well, I must say that I will take the time from now on. YUMMY, YUMMY.

A quick meal I picked this morning. Took at least 15 minutes.
Hard to tell by pic but they are all large ones.
