Fundraiser

My buddy Rick is having a fundraiser next weekend. It’s called the
***1st Annual Denny Griezar Memorial Archery Golf Classic***.
Saturday May 16th starting at 11:00 am.
$25.00 Entry Fee and $5.00 Mulligans
All proceeds go to the
Eagles Cancer Telethon
Beer, Pop & Food included.
9 Hole par 36 archery course
rated at a 65 lb. draw weight.
Handicap applied
for every 5 lb. over weight.
Teams & Flights
will be drawn on day of shoot.

Here is the deal, everyone starts from the 1st Tee Box and sends an arrow towards the target or “Green” The yardages will determine the Par. 80-100 yards will be par 3’s, 100-150 will be par 4’s, and 150 and more will be par 5’s. If you go over the target you will have to shoot back to the front to score. You score when your arrow hits the front of the target. If it takes you 4 shots to hit the target on a par 3 you score a bogey. The shoot is in Harmony, MN. I have a PDF that I can forward on if you are interested in coming.

This should be a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon and a good way to raise money for a great cause.

To be perfectly honest, I start my turkey season on the 15th. But, I can pass up one day for a little R&R.
