I was fishing on a lake very close to Green. Talked with a couple people…but we weren’t talking eyes.

Gills are running a bit larger there than the lake I was fishing.

    Sorry, best info I have.

2 spots for you to try the channel before the power. this spot cant be missed. tons of perm. shacks out there. And lindbergs point start in 20′ and work your way in until you find em.

Green has good numbers of pannies with a coulpe 17″ and 18″ Crappies taken every year. However you have to sort through them to find the bigger ones.

    Good luck.

Never fished for walleyes out there but the crappies are amazing. Remember there is a 9″ min for the crappies on this lake but it is not hard to find them.

Caught some small eyes last week, in 20-25″ fow. Haven’t caught a keeper in 3 years on that lake. We did hit up a bunch of craps though.

I have been an Official Measurer at the MN Deer Classic for over 22 years,
I’m looking to see if anyone has a current year or past years antlers that you’d like or need measured.

I need to get the paper work in the Deer Classic office in a few weeks.
I offer this as a public service. My time is totally volunteer.
The cost is $15 per rack. and that money goes into herd and habitat improvement.
We measure Whitetails, Moose, Bear skulls and sheds.

Also if your Buck is from a state other than MN, I can still measure it and get it recognized with the Deer Classic, it just would not be able to have an entry in the MN Record Book.

Any rack that qualifies for the MN Record Book will get an automatic, (no extra cost ) entry…
Give me a call, or PM.
    Jack
