I do alot of archery and am finally thinking of getting a range finder. but because I am cheap I am thinking of getting a digital golf scope. which is about 30 dollar. are these reliable, do they work for archery. just wanted some thoughts and opinion.
I believe those take the size of the pin at your distance into consideration to calculate range.
so i guess that would not work in the woods. can anybody tell me what the cheapest range finder is in the market, I dont need one for firearm just archery, so a cheap one is fine.
The cheapest new one I have found is aobut $149.99 You might check craigslist or something similar for a used one???
