A deer poaching event where up to 11 deer were taken in Hastings by High Powered rifle, and a Hmong friend of the shooter was killed? It is alleged by someone I know that 11 deer were taken, and the loins removed. When the land owner went out to check on what was going on, he discovered the deer carcasses and a dead Hmong male.
Again…This has not been verified, and I am not sure if the source was accurate. I have not seen or heard anything on the news.
I am trying to sort through what is fact and fiction.
