No validation, but received this email from a friend of a friend of a friend.

“My aunt and uncle found a dead deer on their place outside Keystone,
    right
by Hayward in the Black Hills. When they walked up on the deer, their
three dogs ran back to the house. My uncle had bought a trail camera
because they had seen mountain lions in their yard in the past. He set
    the
camera up by the dead deer and got some really neat pictures.”

Whoa, that would be pretty intense. Something tells me I would have followed the dogs.

Way cool pics….you can tell that third cat is not welcomed to the table as he keeps his distance doing circles.

    Kooty:

Those are really cool cats. Seeing pictures with more than one in them is really cool. I duck hunted this a.m. with a friend who returned from his Montana elk/deer hunt and said they were being stalked from time to time by one cat. Those pics bring that home in a hurry.

My kitty is not bigger than your kitty… I had been meaning to post this for some time now, but this thread just reminded me of it. I was hoping for a wolf this year on the cams during the bear hunt, now just going to have to wait to see what the deer scouting produces…

Kooty- very nice!! You don’t see them together like that much. Probaly was momma and 2 cubs. That’s good for the lions. Not so good for your deer.
