Anyone know of a site to look up the value of a gun. I can’t find any, but I’ll be the first to admit that I am lazy at the internet and hate searching for things. My wifes grandpa has a winchester model 97 12 ga. and a winchester model A .22 rifle, made in 1920. Not sure if the model of the rifle is correct or not, but I think thats what he told me. I think that he wants to sell the guns. He dosen’t hunt, never has, just a farmer who thought that he needed some guns back in the day. I looked at both of the guns breifly on sunday and they are in pretty rough shape, but nothing that a little tlc can’t fix. I hope to buy both of them from him, cause I know that the tight ol’ cauger won’t give to me, so I thought that I would offer him what the guns are worth, so I thought that I would come here to get an estimate.
