This picture is from my Significant Other’s sister. She lives in Albuquerque and it was taken about a month ago.

Cool! Is there two? Can’t quite make-out what that patch of fur is at the rear of the cat? Bobcats have short tails and this one looks weird. Is there two and one is facing away at the rear of the other? Regardless, that is an animal that ranks near the top of my list to get!

Yes – there are two bobcats in the picture – a mamma with her kit. The kit is facing away behind the mother with its tail down by the wall.

I thought maybe it was a rabbit sitting on the wall with it????? In the enlarged picture, it STILL looks like a rabbit!!!

There is only one. It has two sets of hind legs. This must be the reason why they can run so fast!

    That is pretty cool
That part of New Mexico is a neat place to see. Deserts, lots of Native American influence, and all kinds of desert critters
