A couple months ago there was a bear sighting in Afton, then a few days later a block behind our house.
I haven’t heard anything of late, so I asked a reliable source the other day if they heard what happened to it. He said that a co worker had trial cams out and the bear kept knocking them off the trees. On opening day of bear season (I didn’t even know we have one in these parts) the bear walked right under his tree stand a fell to his arrow.
Ended up being 190 and a few pounds.
