field staff ?

    Will you be looking for field staff guys for the new site? If so how do we apply?

    As a member of the Steering Committee, I can say that we are always looking for Field Staff Members. The guys we look for are ones who try to set themselves apart from the regular members. Actively posting on the 2 sites now is one way to get noticed. Go above and beyond what most members do. It’s not about post count or Fish Bucks. It’s about quality more than quantity.

    Typically the SC extends an invite to a member who they feel will best fill a role here. We have a lot of great people who’d make great Staff Members, but they happen to be in areas where we already more than enough Staff Members. That’s one thing we have to keep in mind as well.
