2 bottles of Teriyaki sauce (can be bought next to Soy sauce)
Salt and Pepper (Rub before marinading)
Lill Cayenne for some spice.
Cut your deer into 1/4″ slices.
Marinade over night ( 8 hours)
Set your oven to 180 degrees dry for 4 hours.
All you need to do is line the bottom of your oven with tin foil. And place the meat on the racks. Just make sure the meat is not touching.
Clean up is simple. Toss the tin foil. Put your oven racks in the dish washer or ask your wife to clean em
