    Don’t have a smoker….Do have Hydrator…….Would like a recipe for jerky.

    CHAPPY check out this there is one posted, and there is another link to a site. I just tried out one for goose, and duck this weekend. No smoker, No dehydrater. did mine in the oven. And it’s not bad at all.

    2 bottles of Teriyaki sauce (can be bought next to Soy sauce)
    Salt and Pepper (Rub before marinading)
    Lill Cayenne for some spice.
    Cut your deer into 1/4″ slices.
    Marinade over night ( 8 hours)

    Set your oven to 180 degrees dry for 4 hours.

    All you need to do is line the bottom of your oven with tin foil. And place the meat on the racks. Just make sure the meat is not touching.

    Clean up is simple. Toss the tin foil. Put your oven racks in the dish washer or ask your wife to clean em

    The pre mixed spice packs work real good with burger in a dehydrator.

    High Mountain jerky seasoning is really good
