Technically I have 3 more. I’m guessing I won’t really sleep so probably 2. If I keep watching moose videos on youtube.com, I might not sleep the rest of the week. Headed to the BWCAW on Saturday morning around 4AM. Can’t wait to get out into the woods and start grunting. I’m so glad I haven’t lost this “christmas morning” feeling yet!!

I can’t imagine sleep is going to be an option given the 10 day forcast for up there. Rain, rain, rain, thunderstorm, rain, rain, rain….. Thank god for gamehide.

P.S. Not sure if you’ll be in the immediate Ely area but if you are, check out the Ely Steak House or Chocolate Moose for a good post trip slab o’ meat. (Even though you’ll probably have plenty of your own

We are quite a ways east of Ely on this trip. If we get a moose, I probably will be pretty mad at meat for a while after hauling out 500lbs of venison.

I just checked out a few videos Kooty and I hope you are leaving the dog at home.
