    Have any of you used one of these. I just built a recessed gun cabinet for my basement and put one in there but it gets really hot and it seems to me that it will be like a tropical rain forest in there when I get the doors put on. I hope that I am wrong but boy do they sure get warm. Also If it rests only about 3/4 of and inch from my gun stocks will that be ok

    Hey sir, I have one in my safe and its also close to the butt stocks of my weapons and isnt an issue. I remember thinking the same thing about the heat. So far it seems to be be performing really well! No worries
