Now that’s one big piggy. I’d like to see Tred Barta try to go after one that size with a Bowie knife.

On a related note do any of you have a good marinade for wild boar? I still have some chops in the freezer that someone had given me and the taste is so strong that I had difficulty eating the ones I cooked up. Does all wild boar have that strong a flavor?

1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. McCormick montreal steak seasoning.

Marinade at least 1hr. Longer is better. Throw on the grill. Do not over cook your bear!

ive used this on bear, porkchops(from the store) and its the best thing ive ever had. Im going to try it on venison next

I was stationed in Savannah,Ga. I shot one and we just threw it on the rotisserie, it tasted great. It was the stinkiest thing I have every gutted! I had to stop a lot to stop the gagging! I did not even gut shoot it. I remember people saying their main food source determines smell and taste of the hog.
