deer stand law

    I have never used portables- but The DNR Is now locating any deer stands and removing them into small pieces in national hunting areas- if yours in in such an area of wildlife-get them out now- dont blame someone else for taking it down– Read the laws- THATS ALL I KNOW- About it

    in WMA’s you have to take them down everyday

    in state forest areas they can be up year round but can be used by anyone.

    thats all i know
