More than a little syked

    Well….I booked it last night!!! November 6th, 2008. Elk Creek Outfitters – Heron, MT. Combination elk/mule (or whitetail) tag. I am taking my dad on a hunt. I figured it was my turn to pay for trip. I asked him last year what he wanted to do elk, caribou, Grizzly….his choice. I would pay for the hunt, he had to pay to get us out there and back. I think he deserves it more that anyone else I know. He’s been a great dad. Now I only have to wait 20 more months. Oh well, that gives me 20 months to buy all kinds of new gear.

    This will be my last weekend in the woods, unless I do a couple of bow drives christmas weekend. I have two tags to fill for MN. Hopefully I will lay the smack down on a couple of deer.
