    Just curious as to legality of this. there are some people that have to shoot a doe to be able to shoot a buck. are they ablet o donate the doe to someone and have that person take across state lines and such if they are not the hunter?

    I would assume they would be fine as long as you have tags for both.

    if i shoot a deer while your pinballing from the treesatnd and i donate it before you hit the ground is it your then?

    Here in Iowa its also with a letter to the dnr incase your stopped stateing all the information on who shot it, showing the tag and where and that your donating it to charity for that purpose only. Im pretty sure youd be ok then but to be totally safe call the dnr.

    I dont know for sure so I would check with the dnr. There might be some issues only because of the whole CWD thing. I would call them and make sure either way.
