I’m looking to buy a new 2 person ladder stand for this season. I’m looking at the Big Buddy 2 person 16′, has anyone used it or does anyone have any others that they like. Thanks

i have one up they are like alot of the 2 man stands a little hard for 1 guy to put in the tree and hard to hide but ounce u get it they are plenty stable and quiet if you are gun hunting they are real nice but they hold u out away from the tree leaving you sky lighted if your trying to stand up for a bow shot also not alot of room between where u sit and the end of the platform it would be nice if u could climb up in somebodys and check it out before getting one to see how comfortable you are with it orprobaly more important whoever it is you are taking good luck

I purchased one for around $120.00 two years back. It’s sturdy enough for two people. The only thing I say is plan on putting up a blind around you so that you can move your feet and such without being seen. Especially if you plan on hunting with a youngster. I had mine on a soybean field last year and had deer walk right past and which were not alarmed on bit. The one I have is only a 12′ ladder, so 15-16 might be better, but will also be more difficult to setup, plan on having another adult with you to setup.
