Pretty positive I’m reading it right, but for my son to duck hunt 13 years old the only liscense needed for him is a small game correct and say yes to the hip certificate. Under 16 no stamps needed both state or federal right.
Sorry I read the booklet twice and think I’m correct but figured I’d ask the crowd that usually knows the right answer

Yes I believe that is correct from what I read too.

Federal duck stamp is needed at age 16. State duck stamp is needed at age 18.

I hope so because that’s how I did it with my niece and nephew in the past

He doesn’t need a single thing, no license and zero stamps until age 16+ in Minnesota.

He doesn’t have to do HIP either since he is not licensed.

    toast

Wisconsin has completely different rules, but for a 13 year old non-resident there he’d need a Junior small game ($36) or Junior Sports for $36 [which covers small game, fishing (he doesn’t need it yet), and deer license all for the same price as the junior small game]

Yeah I see resident small games is for 16 and 17 yr olds.
So he actually doesn’t need anything besides being with a licensed hunter ?
