we had a pair of bino’s that just weren’t as clear as the rest of our leupold scopes, bino’s etc. I contacted them about the issue. they said to send them in and they would take a look at them. well today the ups driver pulled in and dropped off a brand new pair of binoculars the best part is they upgraded them to the next better ones.
My hat is off to leupold on their great customer service

Yep, just a few years ago my mother sent a pair back that were 25+ years old. This pair was used on a daily basis 6 months of the year through the 25 years. Leupold sent back to her a brand new pair at no charge.

I second that, I was putzing with one of my shotgun scopes and screwed the end off . So much for nitrogen filled. I sent it in and they fixed it, also did something with the variable power ring so I could actually turn it again too.

Always nice to hear about excellent customer service. I’m going to find out about Nikon’s soon as well. I’ve got a Buckmaster scope that is not as clear as I think it should be. I’m going to send it in to them and see what they say. I’ve had several Monarch’s in the past and have been really happy with them. Will let you know how it all turns out

Great customer service will always win in the long run versus the best product on the market with no customer service behind it. If you can find both, then you will have a customer for life!

I just called their CS this week because I somehow put a good nick in one my windage knobs. No problem! They are sending me one for free. It’s hard not to be loyal to a company that takes care of you.
