I find myself wandering into the hunting clothing pages of my Cabelas bible more and more lately. I know I’m due for a new set soon. I’ve managed to pack on a few pounds and ran most of my clothes through more briars and swamps than a good pair of clothes should withstand. Trouble is, there are way too many choices. But none that I’m sold on.I want to get the bang out of my buck and I just can’t seem to find exactly what I’m looking for. I have a jacket and bibs for late November and December that are still in great shape. I’m looking for more of a layering system I can use from early October to mid November. Sitka’s system is the cats meow in my opinion; but I’m not sold on the pattern just yet. I want natural gear but can’t find a clothing line looks like quality. The dream season suits look nice in mossyoak treestand but when I tried it on, the bibs or the jacket felt really uncomfortable. Any suggestions on clothing that doesn’t hold briars, can be layered, COMFORTABLE, and does not look like a blob sitting in a tree?

With out question, IMO Gamehide’s Drenalin Jacket and Pants! You don’t need to be a Mathew’s fan to enjoy the benefits this Clothing brings you!

Grey wolf woolens “wolf skin” jacket and bibs. They aren’t cheap but you’ll be hard pressed to find better hunting wear.
