I bought a pair of Brunton Binocs about 1.5 yrs ago when Sportsmen’s Warehouse was going out of business. I’ll try to make this short, i was out this past Saturday morning in the deer stand and i pulled the bino’s off to put on my jacket and they fell 18′ to the ground. One of the eye cups cracked and now the eye relief is horrible. I called Brunton today and a lady (yes, that’s right an actual person) picked up the phone and said “Brunton, can I help you?” I explained that i wanted to order/pay for a new eye cup and wanted to know who i could talk to about ordering one? She says “oh, Ryan can help you w/ that” and transferred me over to him. It wasn’t 2 rings and Ryan picks up and says “Brunton, can i help you?” I explain to him what happened and what i needed and he replies “just send in your binocs and we will repair them at no charge.” I couldn’t believe it

Any how, i’m sending my binocs over night and he said i should have them back in about a week. I just thought i would share my personal experience w/ Brunton Optics and was very impressed w/ the way their customer service department handled the situation.

Enough cannot be said about this. With all the horrible customer service out in today’s business world, it’s nice to know that there are still a few company’s out there that stand by their product and back it up w/ great service.

And here i thought when i broke them ” Now, I have to go and buy a new pair of binocs and i don’t want to spend $200-300 right now”

    Thank you BRUNTON!!!
