Nikon warranty

    Nikon not standing behind their warranty,my binos I bought in December got double vision and they want to charge me to get them fixed.
    I thought they had a lifetime warranty?

    The Nikon Monarch ATBs have a 25 Year No Fault warranty. I have returned one pair that broke and eye piece and had focusing issues and they replaced them!

    I’ve had great luck with Nikon’s Customer Service/Warranty Dept. I have UCC Monarch Scope and the crosshairs broke a couple weeks before the season opened . They had a new scope out to me within a week…no questions asked.

    I’d give em another call.

    Uhh, I need to do that yet before season is here.

    Copper it took about a month (3-4 weeks)to send and get them back!

    Well no more they charged me,the sport shop I bought them from is thinking about not having them anymore because of all the warranty problems.
