Humminbird warranty

    Has anyone had their bird in for warranty work? What was the turnaround time? My helix 12 stopped working last week and they had me send it in. I never asked what the turnaround time frame would be.

    Usually I’d say they’re pretty good. About a week, plus shipping time.

    Mine was out of the warranty period but I just had it repaired in September and it took 7 days, shipping days included.

    It 2 weeks from when it was dropped of at ups to it sitting at my door. Screen looks better then it did originally.

    I am happy with it since it sat at the ups drop point for 5 of the days.
