Before I upgraded my software to version 1.4 on my Helix 12
I did not have to remove my SD cards when booting
to get it to read bottom and SI from the transducer and recognize my 360 transducer.
    Since I upgraded,
I have to remove all SD cards or the bottom, SI and 360 readings are not available.
I have reloaded previous versions and they also react the same way now.

    Anyone else notice this issue?

I just upgraded 2 helix 7 chirp g2n for a friend and had no problems. He has navionics in the front helix and smart strike in the console and they both work fine.

My Helix 10 bought May 3 came with version 1.4, no trouble with it. Have you tried deleting 1.4 from your sd card, re-downloading it from Humminbird and re-installing it? Gremlins might have attacked during the download. Might have to call Humminbird. Good luck.
