    Ok…I’m a bit frustrated.

I have Helix 12 MSI G2N, networked to a Helix 10 MDI G3N. Networked with a hub. 2 transducers installed(MSI and Chrip 2D) I am trying to share the MSI transducer on the 12, so the 10 can read MDI. Every time I click to share it, I loose my left side on my MSI.

I have changed out the MSI transducer under warranty, I have also sent the Helix 12 in to have tested.

here is a shortened Video of what’s happening(I took out the part of the video which shows me changing the transducers in the network settings…9 second mark)

    Any ideas?

no the transducer is not blocked

The chirp 2D transducer is giving your side imaging transducer interference. The 2D needs to be mounted higher then the side imaging transducer.

The left side is partially reading before it gets the interference from 2D

SI works fine if the 10 is not drawing a signal from the MSI transducer.

If I’m drawing 2D from the Ducer on the 10 for the 12, would that make it interfere?
