I am having problems with my Humminbird. Noticed on the System Status page the Voltage says 0, when it’s powered on. Do others see the same thing or does it read a voltage? I know it has 12 V. Not sure if that is the problem I am having with my unit not working properly. Thanks

Bump. I checked voltage on cable and it’s 12.8. Yet unit reports 0

I had never heard of this before, so i waited to see if others would respond. Since they haven’t here’s all i have to offer:
It is very possible the software wasn’t loaded correctly from the factory. Can i assume this is a new install?
My first 898cSI many years ago, didn’t have the mapping software loaded. Quick replacement from the bird people. So, it can happen.
I suggest you call HBird. It may be as simple as their mistake.
