    I believe it is a Poe’s Awaker topwater.

    That is my guess too. Im surprised its in that good of shape the ones I have had didnt hold up long. I always had issues with the blade and it wouldnt turn so I havent used it in a very long time.

    yes, Poe’s awaker.
    even if it’s an older one, it’s not valuable old.

    and funny enough, at only 8″ long i consider that to be on the small side for modern muskie lures.
