    One of my cross sticks on my HT Enterprises tip up started to warp after two weeks. I emailed them and asked if I could buy a replacement stick. They are sending a new complete trap at no charge!! That’s great customer service!!!!

    I bought three of them at the same time. This is the only problem I had with them. For the price they are great! They are catching fish and that is the bottom line.

    What email did you use? I asked about ordering some different triggers. I like the plastics ones better than the metal ones. Never heard anything back

    I used this one listed on this page. They got right back to me. Then I followed up today with them. The customer service person said she needed more info, photos of the trap. She then emailed me back for my shipping address.
