Trying to decide if I should come out next weekend or if it’ll be better later in the month? looking at doing it myself has the snow melted enough to run a wheeler? What are some good areas to look for? No hot spots needed just some advice thank you
Heading out there tomorrow for the weekend. I’ve heard that travel on the ice is pretty easy. Will let you know how we do when I get back
Heading up on our annual trip end of the month into March. watch some ice is going from 12 to 21 inches from the reports i’m getting from friends up there. And seems to match up with all the Devil lakes fish reports.
Cold front for a couple weeks should help travel out.
the bite was very tough to say the least. we fished East Baym, Black Tiger Bay, Grahams Island, Stump and Irvine. Ice was 24in to 28in everywhere we drilled, travel was decent just watch for a few drifts (we were in a truck)
