I am trying to find out how to get maps that show specific things such as fish cribs. If you go to WI DNR they show topography maps but not fish cribs, etc.

Which lakes are you looking for?

You could try Googling the name of the lake. Our local fish and game club published the location of the cribs they helped put in on there website.

Navionics shows cribs on some MN lakes. You could check out the Navionics web app online and it would show you if they are posted on their lake maps. May help to justify the app purchases ahead of time. To be honest I don’t think you would be disappointed with it, it’s a great app.

Western WI? Pretty easy to find crib maps of those lakes and entire lists of the exact waypoints. cribs are very much a timing thing and not all are created or used equally. An Aqua-vu camera comes in handy to quickly sort out the good cribs from the vacant ones.
