We did not receive near at much as I hoped or that we needed. My rain gage only showed about 4/10th of a inch. Hope some other areas received much more.

Just over 1/2 inch west of Mpls.

Coulda used a lot more than that. 1/2 inch isn’t going to fix about a 6 inch deficit.

I heard that some areas received about an inch.

This surprises me since you live in Sartell. I had .97″ in my gauge, but didnt empty it after the piddly rain we had a week ago which was .10″ so yesterday was .87″. I corroborated with my neighbors gauge and we are within a couple hundredths of each other.

I saw a radar video replay from that storm last night. Looked like a pretty big tornado. Any damage?

Zero where I live in Central Sibley County. Not even enough to get the deck wet. What a joke. Forecast at noon was 90% chance for rain with local heavy amounts and by 3:00 it was down to 25%. Who are these idiots? Weather forecasting was way better in the 1980’s!!!

Not much where i live in Scott Co. but a few mile west at my dads in Sibley Co the gravel road was still dusty so he got even less.

No damage by us, it passed about 10 miles south. Too close for comfort.

Lol it seems that the meteorologists simply guess and hope to be accurate most of the time. Not really sure of any other job where you get paid so handsomely to guess without any ramifications after being off by so much.

3/4″ Walker, that makes about 3 inches since last fall! not counting the very little snow of the winter, certainly welcome, but we need a lot more

We got exactly 1″ in my rain gauge a few miles west of Hinckley. Much needed! I went 29 days without a drop.. The only good thing that came from that was my grass slowed down to a crawl. Now with the rain, it’s on a rampage again even with the cooler weather yeasterday.

We got 8/10 South of Perham. My hay fields are crispy dry. Could use about 4 days of nice slow and steady rain for a start. But happy we got what we did.
