House Boat Remodel

    I was going to ask if anyone knew which or what building code I had to comply with to remodel a house boat. I was out last week to do a site review and then I was told the remodel was no longer needed.
    This picture is from today, all evacuated safely.

    Could probably get some cool underwater photos if you took a dive.

    Looks like the foundation may have a leak,possible drain tile problem, could be pump impeller lock up. whistling
