Well, I just got back. What a great trip! The water level was down, but that didn’t stop the fish from biting. I can only post scenery pics right now. I damaged my hard drive last night and cannot upload anymore. Anyway, here are some pics:

Hopefully I can get more pics up soon, but these are just some of the many I took (650).

These were taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XT (350D) dSLR. I am in love with the night photography/slow shutter speed shots. They are starting to turn out great. There is a huge learning curve, but with patience it can be figured out. Let me know what you end up getting! Ask me anything and I’ll try and help you along.

Nice pics. To bad the weather was so hot. The cats have been behaving nicly though for me. How was fishing? I also cought quite a few decent sunnies on Cedar Island last week.

Wow great pictures! I hope you copyright them, and add your signiture to your prints/posts.

You show the ‘nighttime’ shots perfectly! Can that be done with a regular digital camera, or do you need an SLR camera?

Nah, I don’t put any watermarks on my pics. I just shrink them down to small sizes that way if someone actually DID want to steal my pictures for some stupid reason, they couldn’t do much with them anyway.

You can take long exposures with some higher end point and shoots, but I’m not sure what type. Even then, the sensor is a lower quality than a dSLR. You will more than likely see grain/noise in those pictures.

Awesome pics…Really like fishing on the horseshore chain, but haven’t made that 45 minute drive up there in years! Now you have me wanting to take a trip!
