Are water levels really high? I won’t be able to get out there until this weekend and I hope all my dock equipment isn’t underwater on shore (A few years ago the water level was extremely high in the spring) Any of the bays producing panfish yet?

I was up there this weekend and the water levels are pretty normal for this time of year, not high like some previous springs, but more rain is probably on the way. I’ll try some panfish spots next weekend when I get my boat out of storage.

I was out Saturday and Monday and hit a few bays both on Ceder and Krons bay with not much to speak of yet. I was surprised to see water temps on the main lake at 55 and bays 57 and 58.

I was on the chain all weekend scouting my opener Walleye spots and boy am I exited! There are some big fish in this lake chain! The lakes should clear up in the next week or so allowing 20 feet of visibility in some spots, excellent time to search for fish.
