Sunny and Crappie limits???

I was reading the MN regulations for 2005 and it states that the limit on “Horseshoe Lake” is 5 sunnies, and 5 crappies. Is the chain, Horseshoe lake???

not sure if this answers you question or not, but the Horseshoe in the reqs, as a new special req, is listed in Cass co. and should be in the Leech lake down to Cross lake area, but I havn’t found it on my map yet. the Horseshoe Chain that you are, I think referring to is Stearns Co SW of St Cloud. if that’s the chain you are asking about, then those are two diff lakes and areas. When looking at the spec regs for lakes, make sure you look at which County the lake. there are many lakes with the same name and all in diff counties. hope that helps. Jack..

Thanks much, I am in fact refering to the chain of lakes in the St. Cloud (cold spring) area. We used to go there as kids, and were thinking of going back, but wanted to be sure of limits if we decided to go.
