East Lake

    I am looking at buying a cabin on East Lake. Does anyone know if that is a decent recreational and/or fishing lake?

    its a really shallow lake (almost the whole lake is 5-8 feet deep, I never fish it, although you can get panfish in the bays during spring and Walleyes near the Horseshoe bridge

    Most of East is shallow but it also doesn’t get the weeds that some areas of the Chain get. Any particular part you are looking at? I could be more specific.
