Hidden serial number

    Does anyone know there is a hidden serial number on the Lund Boats? We fond one today and I checked mine when I got home and mine has it also in the same place

    I believe all/most boats have a hidden HIN in case the visible one is removed/altered in the event of theft, fraud, etc.

    Funny thing I’ve had my Lund ripped down to the bare bones twice and never found it, however I never really looked for one either.

    Its there. Inside the gunnel rail in the rear. I believe its on the right side . I’ve seen them put them in a few times. That was a few years ago though…. maybe they switched spots.

    There is a tg like the one on the ack of the boat under the corner cap on the transom fastened to the wood of the transom
