    Find some sumac that has flowered but not set berries yet. Snip the heads and separate into flower heads. Heat some water and pour the hot water over the flowers until it has cooled off, then strain the flowers out of the water. You water should be reddish orangish pink. Simply sweeten with sugar to your liking and chill. Have at it. good stuff! Try a shoot of vodka in it!
