I have a great idea. Integrate a troll Master with a panther steering arm and make it link to my graph. So I can follow the contour with my kicker!

Does anyone else agree this would be genius??

my wifes father bought a 112 terrova with link and just uses his kicker locked into straight ahead and uses his terrova to steer.

he fishes for kokanee on the flaming gorge reservoir.

Bingo. kicker for speed, bow mount for steering.

Is there any certain speed you have to set you Terrova at in relation to your kicker when you are using it to steer?

Oh. FYI. I think Garmin already has auto pilot for your kicker.

Same here I usually get my bow mount at about 3 power and it has full control of steering

Total bingo. Steering from the bow is way more effective from any fishing boat, far easier for any system to correct considering all the variables involved. The kicker is really only needed to spare the batteries of the trolling motor so you can troll with the motor all day.
