Help please – 2000 Lund part!

I am a newbie to this forum and thank you for allowing me in.

I recently bought a 2000 Pro Sport 1600, and am trying to make everything look new again. Boat is in good shape, one prior owner and just a few things needing attention. I am missing on one side of the transom the rub rail corner caps, or corner castings, not knowing exactly what they are called. Black hard plastic, 90 degrees with a couple of screw holes.

I have exhausted all Internet sources I can find; Ebay, Craig’s List, all the marine stores(new/old parts), boat salvage yards, and of course my local Lund dealer. I think the part was universal for different models, but don’t know for how many years.

So, if anyone knows of some source I have not exhausted, or know of any salvage yard that has Lund boat parts, I would really appreciate the help and info.

I will post a picture of the left and right transom rub rail corner caps/corner castings I took from a boat listing.

Thank you very much for any assistance.

Try Kendor Marine Corporation in Franklin WI. I have found so many odd/ends there

Try contacting R and R marine in Shakopee. They found this one for my 2000 Lund Pro V 1775. Part number is 1990934; description is CASTING, OUTSIDE LUND. Part cost was $7.80. Not sure if you are trying to save money by searching the Internet, EBay, CL, or calling salvage yards. For $7.80 it might just be worth paying full dealer prices grin

Might have to verify your Hull ID because you have a Pro Sport.

Thank you so much kwp. That is the part I need. Not saying money is no issue, but with the time I have spent trying to find this part, $7.80 looks real cheap! I always try to do OEM parts. Thanks again for the lead, I’ll contact them tomorrow!
