Tap on the photo as you are viewing it on your Iphone.
Once you do that a bar appears at the bottom of the photo.
The first one is a square with an arrow pointing up, tap on that icon.
Another screen pops up and gives you icons that allow you to message, mail, etc.
Tap on mail. This pops up a screen that allows you to send the picture via email to any address, including your own. Send yourself an email.
Pull up that email on your computer and save image to your computer. Now you can attach that image to a craigslist ad or other. There may be other methods too but thats how I do it.

I’ve been trying to do this for 5 years with my Iphone.
I’m guessing you’re having trouble with Iphone to a Pc?
If it’s Iphone to Mac, Iphoto should open up and then you would IMPORT photos photo to your computer. You will then need to EXPORT them to your desktop.
OR with either a pc or a mac, email them to yourself as cougar mentioned above.

Does this method not work with iPhone to PC? Works just fine for Android to PC…
cheersPosts: 333January 8, 2018 at 8:51 am #1742155I needed to do the same last week . Photos on an apple to a windows laptop . I gave up and phoned the apple help line . It was a pleasant experience. Mrs Apple showed me everything . She gave me a pass number to put in the laptop that allowed her to take controlll of the mouse and point to the buttons while talking on the phone . It is all free and very cool

As far as I know, we can’t access photos on an Iphone from a pc without using Iphoto.
When a person plugs in a android into a pc or mac, a drive appears on the desktop. Not so with a Iphone.
January 9, 2018 at 2:03 pm #1742690I asked my mother-in-law about this, as she gave me some photos at Christmas from her phone. She said when going from iPhone to PC she just uses the charger cord and plugs in her phone (iPhone 6) to the computer. The phone pops up asking her to either “allow” or “don’t allow”. She taps “allow” on the phone and then on the computer something called “iPhone Administrator” opens up and shows her a list of folders so she can copy over the photos to her computer. She was able to copy some Christmas photos onto a USB drive for me in a matter of minutes.
January 9, 2018 at 3:31 pm #1742712Same method as a USB memory device, minus hitting “allow” or “deny”.
January 9, 2018 at 3:32 pm #1742713She doesn’t have a Mac. She has a PC. I guess she’s got a magic PC!
January 9, 2018 at 4:07 pm #1742724She did say she uses Windows 10 on her computer, so perhaps this method didn’t used to work with earlier versions but now works with Windows 10.

Thanks Sharon.January 10, 2018 at 8:49 am #1742893Its pretty easy BK, but for your reading enjoyment here is a link that will walk you through transferring to and from your phone to your choice of PC (Mac/Windows) using the Cloud/Itunes or the classic drag and drop.
January 10, 2018 at 11:24 am #1742957My how technology has changed!!
And it keeps changing! It’s hard to keep up sometimes, even when you’re kinda a techy nerd. I’m already starting to feel the tides shift… we have some newer technologies that I don’t know nearly as well as I do the old stuff. This is how it starts.
